The Distress of Sleepless Hours

Restlessness can possess you like a vice during the night. Every murmuration becomes amplified, every shadow takes on an ominous form. We must face/confront/stand against the emptiness/void/terror, and discover/remember/unearth the powerful spirit that lies within/deep inside/at our core.

The Heavy Blanket of Insomnia

Insomnia often feels like a crushing weight upon your mind and body. You toss and turn, yearning for sleep to come. The hours crawl by, each one an eternity filled with anxieties and frustration. This pervasive state of wakefulness transforms you into a prisoner of your own mind.

Yearning for Sweet Oblivion

The throes of oblivion was a siren's call, a gentle promise of escape. To drown in its embrace was to silence the incessant noise of existence. The reality's sharp edges dissolved under the influence of its sweetness.

To truly crave oblivion was to ache for a fleeting respite from the burden of being.
